Customer Support with Dutch

We are looking for Technical Customer Support L1 with Dutch in Brno. The candidate will resolve problems with customers via telephone email or chat, troubleshoot issues with appropriate applications, identifies and documents clients' problems. Požadujeme:

• English and Dutch advanced level.

• Orientated to solve problems and great communicational skills with customers.

• Previous background in a Helpdesk environment.

• Knowledge of networking, mobile computing will be an advantage.
